Today it officially feels like summer is over in London, which is so depressing. It seems like summer was a grand total of two weeks here in London. Luckily I got to spend a week in Sardinia this summer and it was glorious. I got a week full of sea, sand, and sunshine. Check out my other posts about boat rides and my vacation from July.
I decided that today I am going to throw it back to this outfit because I left my house this morning thinking that it was going to be a nice summery day and I was seriously mistaken. I made the mistake of leaving the house without a jacket or a coat and when I came home in the evening it was freezing. I am posting this outfit today in hopes that the summer comes back to London this weekend and we get a bit more of the warmer weather before the leaves change colors.
I absolutely love this dress from TopShop. I loved it from the second I tried it on in the fitting room. I have received so many compliments on this dress. I love that it is summery and girly, but at the same time it really compliments my figure. The tie around the waist gives me the illusion of a smaller waist. Also I have been really impressed by the quality of TopShop’s dresses this summer. For a high street shop this dress is actually quite good quality and worth the higher price tag. I am not sure if it is still available, but if it is everyone should grab one for their summer wardrobe!
