If you are going to The Joint then get ready to eat the messiest, best, and meatiest Asian BBQ in London. Last Sunday I was invited to a Blogger Event organized by Adwaiz at The Joint Located in Brixton Village. The Joint is by far one of the best BBQ restaurants in London. Their flavor packed buns and mouth watering sides will leave you coming back again and again. The best part is that being located in central London, eating at The Joint, will not break the bank. They have great food, great cocktails, and the coolest vibe because they are located in the center of Brixton Market. If you haven’t been already, you need to add it to the top of your to-do list, and here is why…

The pork may be their specialty, but being a non-pork eater I was so amazed at their different menu options. I was told by the other bloggers at the event that their 16-hour slow cooked pulled pork burgers are without a doubt fantastic (make sure you try the Asian Burger for a bit of a kick), but their sides are definitely what I will be going back for. Taster tip: their onion rings and fried mac n cheese just might be the best in London, and the added bonus is that it comes with their signature BBQ which I smothered on top. They maybe are known for their pork, but their chicken wings and chicken burger are to die for. I will go back again and again for their chicken wings. The meat just falls off the bone, and there’s a perfect bit of crunch to the skin. Of course, they come with a dipping sauce on the side and bonus tip, get the cheese covered fries to round out your order.

Overall every bite from The Joint was delicious and I was lucky enough to be invited to this amazing event where my eyes and my camera ate more than I did. I got to try everything on the menu, as you do at food blogger events. Of all the items on The Joint’s Menu, my must tries are as follows: deep-fried mac & cheese, hot wings, onion rings, and the Asian pulled chicken burger. Also, the best cocktail on the menu is the plum rosemary prosecco. If you happen to stop by this restaurant leave me a comment down below on your thoughts.
