Crussh Juice – Summer Menu Tasting

Last month I had the pleasure of being invited to try out Crussh Juice summer menu. Back in April, I attended their Spring tastes and trends event and after being exposed to their menu for the first time I was more than happy to try out all their new goodies. This June Crush launched a new menu which has been very accommodating to the hotter summer months. Crussh fit food and juice bars launched a whole new menu including Açaí smoothie bowls, vegan energy box, a numeric latte and new iced coffee.

Açaí Bowl

Crussh Juice - Summer Menu Review
The Crussh Juice summer menu includes the brand new ice cold Açaí antioxidising super smoothie bowl and it is to die for. It is super by nature. This smoothie bowl is packed with nutrient rich fruit and veg and packed with enough nutrients for 3 of your 5 a day! The Açaí and blueberry bowl is powered by Sambazon UK and is filled with Açaí, blueberries, banana, and yogurt. It is topped off with granola and blueberries. I have been a fan of Açaí bows way before they became the main stream, but this bowl was blended to perfection and was the best refreshing pick me up on a hot summer day. This bowl is really the power of purple. The Açaí and blueberry combo is packing some serious antioxidants and free radical fighting goodness! The Açaí berry is only of the only fruits on the planet to be naturally sugar-free, it’s packed with antioxidants and full of healthy omegas. You get a sweet pick me up, but without the guilt of added sugar! Totally a win-win situation! Your body will thank me later when you give this bowl a try!

New Smoothies & Juices

The Crussh Juice summer menu also included the new summery Peach Passion smoothie. If you want a cocktail in your cup but a healthy version then you need to get your hands on this smoothie! The Peach Passion smoothie has peach, passion fruit, banana, orange juice and low-fat yogurt. When I tried this I thought I was on holiday on a sunny island instead of in central London. Aside from this new amazing smoothie range, the new menu includes beautiful beet salads, a veggie protein box, and a cleanser juice for maximum revitalization made up of cucumber and watermelon. For all the non-veggie or vegans out there, don’t worry there are plenty of other protein packed options as well. I tried out the hot smoked salmon, pea and beetroot wrap and it was the perfect lunch time pick me up. I am normally not a fan of beetroot at all, it is a bit too earthy for me, but this wrap had the perfect balance of flavors that I didn’t even taste the beetroot.

Guilt Free Dessert

Also if you are post workout or just need a quick energy and protein boost make sure you try out their cacao and hazelnut energy balls! They are so amazing that you are thinking you are having a cheat day, but these energy balls are backed with hazelnuts, almonds, dates, cacao, agave and orange juice and they taste amazing! They are honestly the perfect afternoon pick me up snack or post gym snack and it totally tastes like dessert, but completely guilt free!
Overall the new menu this summer has me drooling and I need to make it back to a Crussh Juice store ASAP because everything tasted amazing and was so light and fresh. Make sure you stop by one of their 28 stores located across London and try out this amazing new menu!
