It is finally summer here in London and today I am bringing you a blog post to get your outfit summer ready! I put together this outfit in order to give the chic-effortless summer vibe. There’s just something about summer time, white dresses, and cropped denim jackets that just work. Let’s be real, it is never super hot in London, but it does get a bit humid and we are experiencing a few more sunnier days in July than we did in June. When I put together this outfit I had London’s temperamental weather in mind. I almost never leave the house without some sort of jacket on because in London the weather can go from sunny-cloudless skies to downpour rain within a matter of minutes. In order to make sure I was prepared for the possibility of unexpected rain, I paired this white dress with a cropped denim jacket. The cropped jacket kept the feel of the outfit quite summery, but still provided me with a bit of warmth just in case the weather took a turn for the worst. Of course the white color of my dress made this a summer ready outfit, but I think my wedges just sealed the deal. I was mainly going for a summery look, but if you have read or seen some of my other outfit posts you know that I like to make everything a little more glam. I could have easily paired this outfit with flip-flops, but I think the wedges give it a bit more of a chic touch. I think this outfit is perfect for a summer date, summer party, or brunch.
